Responsibilities Safely operate Class B front loader trucks, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations Load, unload, and transport waste materials from designated locations using mechanical equipment Conduct routine inspections of trucks to ensure mechanical soundness and report any issues promptly Assist with the loading and unloading process, utilizing heavy lifting skills to handle diverse waste containers and roll-off bins Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and safety records throughout each shift Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate daily routes and address any operational concerns Follow proper procedures for securing loads on flatbeds or dump trucks when applicable, ensuring safe transit Experience Proven experience operating commercial trucks such as front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, or tractor-trailers Strong driving record with valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with manual transmission endorsement preferred Hands-on experience with mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and hydraulic systems Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely in various weather conditions Prior delivery driver experience in waste management or related industries is highly desirable Knowledge of safety protocols related to load & unload procedures, vehicle maintenance, and road safety regulations This role is perfect for motivated drivers eager to make a positive impact through their work while honing their skills in a fast-paced environment.
