JOB DETAILS: Title: Manufacturing or Electronics Technician Location: Malabar, Florida Duration: 12-month contractClient: L3Harris Technologies (Aerospace & Defense)Shift hours: 4-day work schedule (Monday–Thursday) Day shift 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 2nd shift will start at 3:30PM-2:00PM.About the Role:You will be working in a production floor environment, performing hands-on tasks related to the assembly, alignment, and testing of components, subassemblies, and final systems. This role also involves collaborating closely with engineering teams on calibration, process improvements, and quality validation. Key Responsibilities:· Perform assembly, alignment, and testing of mechanical/electronic components· Follow detailed work instructions to meet operational and cosmetic standards· Conduct rework, troubleshooting, and quality checks· Assist engineers with setup, calibration, and experimental tasks· Use tools and systems to collect and evaluate operational data· Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes Required Skills:· Strong soldering experience (IPC-610 / J-STD-001 certification required)· Hands-on experience with small hand tools and torque tools· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment· Strong attention to detail and quality standards Education & Experience:· High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant experience,OR· Associate Degree with 0–2 years of experience Interview Process:· Initial Phone Screening· Onsite Interview· Soldering Test (Final Step) This is a great opportunity to work in a technically engaging environment where your hands-on skills and attention to detail will play a critical role in production success.
