Garnishment Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Garnishment Support Specialist - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing customer-related audits and maintain audit completion through regular reviews
Manage all processes related to Deduct & Hold and stale-dated check audits, ensuring timely updates
Create internal cases for audits and document actions and resolutions, responding to customer inquiries professionally
Required Qualifications:
Experience in garnishment operations or payroll services is strongly preferred
Ability to manage audits with a high level of detail and organizational accuracy
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and customer support teams
Proficient in internal systems such as Workday and Salesforce or similar platforms
