QA Analyst

Role: QA TesterLocation: Austin TX (Onsite)Mode of Interview: In person in Austin TXRequired Skills : We are looking to hire a QA Tester with 6+ years of work experience. The tester will be working in a fast paced mission driven public sector project, providing them an opportunity to learn and enhance their skills. An eligible candidate must have the following skillsets:• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on Testing experience.• Has done hands-on Testing continuously in the last 3 years.• Proficiency in writing testcases based on US’s/EPICS for a period of at least a period of 4 years.• Has experience in conducting testingacross Sprint & SIT in Agile Methodology and well versed with different testing approaches• Hands on experience in using defect management tools (preferable ALM)• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in giving live Sprint demos• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in API Testing (REST and SOAP)• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in running batch jobs in Linux/Unix using Putty for a period of 2 years Yes or No.• Hands on experience mocking the inbound files looking at the Storyboards• Displays a good understanding of database principles & write SQLs beyond just data accessPreferred Skills A strong candidate would also be able to demonstrate their competency in the following areas:• Functional experience working on Integrated Eligibility Projects• Automation work experience in developing scripts using existing or new framework
