Program ManagerLocation: Denver CO or San Francisco CA (On Site couple of days a week)Duration: 6-12+ MonthsJob Description:Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, and project milestonesOwn and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to leadershipProactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities.Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management. Be comfortable presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changesCoordinate major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, release trains, or solution groups are involved in developmentWorks with the Agile Leaders, Technology, Regional, Operations, Care, GTM to define E2E delivery milestones and drive value delivery for our customersHelp manage systemic risks and dependencies; escalate and track systemic impediments
