Service Delivery ManagerLoc: New York, NY / New Jersey, NJ / Connecticut, CTFulltime or permanentThe Service Delivery Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account expansion, and new logo acquisition for the BFSI Infrastructure Services practice across the NY/NJ/CT region. This role owns end to end business outcomes across a cluster of BFSI accounts, combining strategic sales leadership with deep infrastructure domain understanding and strong CXO relationships.The incumbent will act as a growth owner, partnering with delivery, solutions, alliances, and leadership teams to build scalable, compliant, and differentiated infrastructure offerings for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients.
