Job Description Job Opportunity: Physician for PHP/IOPOur organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our team in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).Role OverviewThe selected physician will be responsible for delivering psychiatric care within our PHP and IOP settings. Key duties include:Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluationsManaging medication regimensCollaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health teamSupporting personalized treatment plans to enhance patient stability and recoveryCompensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base compensation only and does not account for variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans.
