Job Title: Front End Web Developer - Mid-Level Location: Austin, TX Pay Range: $51/hr What's the Job? Develop and maintain enterprise web experiences using NextJS, React, TypeScript, and Sanity CMS Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components supporting the company's digital design system Translate UX and visual designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web experiences Collaborate with designers, content authors, business analysts, and engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser responsiveness What's Needed? Proficient experience with React and NextJS in modern web application development Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience integrating headless CMS platforms like Sanity and working with API sources such as REST and GraphQL Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML practices Experience working within Agile teams using tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence What's in it for me?
