You will: • Manage high-volume inbound & outbound calls • Identify homeowner needs through confident, consultative conversations • Educate customers on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior solutions • Schedule qualified, high-intent appointments for our Sales team • Re-engage warm leads and past customers • Maintain detailed CRM documentation • Collaborate with Sales & Operations to ensure seamless handoffs • Consistently hit - and exceed - daily & monthly KPIs This role is built for people who take ownership of their numbers.
