Part Time Property Manager wanted for a local storage facility.
This position is open only to candidates living in Punta Gorda, FL 33950
To be onsite 4 hours per day, 4 days per week
To be on call when needed to show units
To handle calls of customers when they are locked out, need assistance or billing help.
To ensure cleaners are sweeping all units after departure
To market and increase sales
