With that in mind, we are looking to grow & searching to add an experienced Superintendent for an upcoming Senior Living project in the Danville area.If you are looking to join a top notch team, and be part of one of the more well established multi-family construction builders in the area, then we want to talk to you!What You Will Be Doing- Oversee daily jobsite operations for multi-family renovations/ground up projects with a focus on quality and safety- Coordinate designated work areas, schedules, and material deliveries- Hold subcontractors accountable to schedule and quality- Communicate progress and potential issues to the client and other main stakeholdersWhat You Need for this Position- 5+ years Superintendent experience- Multi-family/Senior Living experience required (ground up or renovation)- Wood Framing experience is preferred- Ability to create & update project schedulesWhat's In It for You- Strong, competitive base salary ranging from $150k - $200k- Bonus Pay Potential- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance- Car allowance & gas card- PTO- 401k- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
