Job Description Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Dallas office! You will be responsible for preparing financial statements & payroll reports for our Clients.Responsibilities:Reconcile Clients Bank Account(s).Computerization, Journal entries, and using excelCommunicate with clients to answer questionsPerform data entry and administrative dutiesPreparation of 941 and Payroll Deposits, State Unemployment, 940, Sales TaxTraining on Successful and Proven Software ProvidedPayroll ProcessingQualifications:Previous experience in Full Charge BookkeepingMinimum of 5 years experienceFundamental knowledge of BookkeepingAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany Description We are a long-time established firm, in the North Dallas area.
