Construction Project Manager

Title: Project Manager (Construction, mid-level)Location: Lenexa, KansasPay: $100k-$150k base (DOE) + 10-35% bonus + Truck + Gas cardWe have been in business for the last 50+ years and have a very strong track record in the following fields (in order of most pressing at the moment):Public Sector - Fire Station, Police Facility, City HallsMixed Use - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office TowersHealthcare - Medical Offices, Surgical CentersRequired:3+ years of professional experienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.Extensive understanding of construction industry best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.Familiarity with permitting procedures and utility coordination processes.Team-oriented leadership approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, clients, and key stakeholders.Bonus points for any Preconstruction / Estimating background (not required)What we offer:Primarily local projects with no overnight travel required.Diverse portfolio of projects across varying sizes, scopes, and ownership groups.Benefits:Base salary ranging from $100k-$150k (DOE) + 10-35% bonus.Truck + gas card.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plans with company match.Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
