This role blends recruitment marketing, community building, partnerships, and performance marketing to power client campaigns globally.This is a builder role with end-to-end ownership and high visibility across client teams, leadership, and new business efforts.What You Will OwnAmbassador Community Growth and PipelineArchitect and scale a global student ambassador community that supports client programsOwn the full ambassador funnel: awareness, application, screening, placement, and activationDefine ideal candidate profiles, quality benchmarks, and scoring frameworksPartner closely with client teams to align ambassador profiles with brand and campaign needsAcquisition and PartnershipsLead a multi-channel growth strategy across paid social, SEM, email, SMS, and organic channelsBuild and manage partnerships with campus organizations, Greek life, athletics, career centers, and student groupsOptimize funnel performance using CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality metricsOwn acquisition budgets and drive measurable ROI across channelsCommunity Engagement and ActivationBuild and manage an always-on digital community using platforms such as Discord or SlackDesign CRM and automation journeys across the full student lifecycleActivate alumni for referrals, re-engagement, mentorship, and leadership pipelinesTechnology and AnalyticsOwn the MarTech and RecruitTech stack, including CRM, ATS, automation, and community toolsBuild dashboards to track pipeline health, engagement, and acquisition performancePilot and scale new tools, including AI-driven sourcing and community operations solutionsLeadership and StrategyAlign ambassador readiness with global client program launchesSupport new business efforts by showcasing the strength and scale of the ambassador networkAdapt strategies across regions, cultures, and international marketsMentor team members and help establish a high-performance, growth-oriented cultureDesired Experience8+ years of experience in community growth, recruitment marketing, or performance marketingProven success building and scaling digital communitiesStrong background in paid acquisition and organic growth strategiesExperience developing partnerships with campuses, organizations, or brandsHands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong command of performance metrics including CPL, CPA, funnel conversion, and lead qualityDeep understanding of Gen Z platforms and behaviors (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Discord, etc.)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both students and executive stakeholdersBuilder mindset with demonstrated success in 0-to-1 environmentsNice to HaveExperience running campus marketing or ambassador programsExisting university or student networkExposure to AI-driven sourcing or community toolsWhy This RoleBuild and lead a brand-new function with ownership from day oneCombine talent, marketing, and community into a single strategic disciplineDrive impact across global brands and youth culture ecosystemsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
