The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for managing and processing loan applications, collaborating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing customer financial documents, verifying loan information, and maintaining clear communication with clients and third-party entities to ensure timely and accurate loan processing. Qualifications Proficiency in Mortgage Industry procedures and knowledge of Mortgage Lending regulationsExperience in Loan Processing, including verifying documents and coordinating with stakeholdersUnderstanding of Underwriting guidelines and analysis of borrower eligibilityFamiliarity with Loans-related processes and compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in independent and collaborative settingsExceptional organizational and time management skills to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
