We are dedicated to growth and continually seek skilled professionals to join our expanding team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter position based in Montvale, NJ. The Carpenter will perform construction tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and general woodworking. Responsibilities also include the safe operation and maintenance of power tools, hand tools, and other equipment. The role requires working closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and up to company standards. Qualifications Proficient in Carpentry, with experience in both framing and finish carpentryStrong skills in the use of Hand Tools and Power ToolsKnowledge of construction safety standards and best practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipExperience in commercial construction is a plusAbility to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditionsHigh school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred
