Workday Lead DeveloperSan Diego, CA or San Antonio, TXHybrid (3 days onsite)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Workday Lead Developer to design, build, and enhance Workday solutions across the organization. This role partners with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable integrations and system improvements.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys both technical execution and guiding others, with opportunities to influence architecture and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and configurationsSupport and enhance integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot issues and support ongoing system improvementsContribute to system performance, data integrity, and security best practicesSupport releases, updates, and new feature adoptionProvide guidance to team members as neededQualifications7+ years of experience in IT, software development, engineering, or a related fieldExperience with Workday integration development, particularly within HCM and/or related modules (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting)Workday implementation experience is a plusExperience in a senior or technical lead capacity preferredMust-Have RequirementAbility to work onsite 3 days per week in either San Diego, CA or San Antonio, TX (this is non-negotiable)
