You'll be deeply involved in everything from day-to-day accounting and monthly close to consolidations, process improvement, and scaling our systems and controls as we grow.What You'll DoOwn and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, and be accountable for accurate, timely reporting across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowManage multicurrency consolidations and intercompany accounting across our global entitiesOversee accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and supporting schedules, and support revenue recognition processesReview and guide journal entries and accounting treatmentsWork closely with external accounting firms and auditorsDevelop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processesEnsure compliance with US GAAP and other applicable regulationsSupport payroll, tax filings, and regulatory reportingMonitor cash flow, working capital, and accounting KPIsHelp scale finance processes, automation, and operational infrastructure as we growWhat We're Looking ForCPA qualification with 5+ years of relevant experienceAudit background, preferably Big 4Strong hands-on experience managing monthly close processesExperience working in SaaS or technology companiesStrong understanding of US GAAPAdvanced Excel skills and an analytical mindsetStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience in a startup or high-growth environmentExperience working with global entities and multicurrency environmentsKnowledge of US and international tax processes and complianceExperience leveraging AI tools and automation solutions within finance and accounting workflows
