Full Stack Engineer

Their platform combines AI, automation, and real-time data to help organizations manage complex security environments more intelligently. With strong customer traction and a lean engineering team, they're hiring engineers who want significant ownership, rapid product cycles, and the opportunity to influence both product strategy and technical architecture.As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work alongside the leadership team to design, build, and launch AI-driven applications used by customers every day. You'll take ownership of major product initiatives, collaborate closely with users, and help establish the engineering foundation as the company continues to scale.What You'll DoDesign and develop AI-enabled workflows that connect security personnel, intelligent devices, and operational systems into a unified platform.Lead features from initial concept through production, working directly with customers to understand requirements and rapidly ship solutions.Build across the entire technology stack, including backend services, customer-facing web applications, mobile experiences, and the AI systems that power the product.Improve platform scalability, reliability, and performance as adoption continues to grow.Iterate quickly by leveraging customer feedback, production insights, and real-world usage to refine product functionality and AI capabilities.Contribute to engineering standards, technical decision-making, and the long-term evolution of the platform.What They're Looking ForBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience building products within a fast-moving startup environment where ownership and adaptability are essential.Strong software engineering background spanning backend development, frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and distributed applications.Hands-on experience working with modern AI tooling, large language models, or AI-assisted development workflows.Product-oriented mindset with a passion for building thoughtful user experiences and solving meaningful customer problems.Comfortable operating independently, making technical decisions, and driving projects from ideation through launch.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with substantial early-stage equity.Location: Austin, Texas (5 days onsite).
