Senior Territory Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Territory Manager. The primary responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing a specified territory to achieve sales goals, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. The position requires identifying new business opportunities, providing product expertise and demonstrations, and training medical staff on the use of Meditrina’s Aveta™ hysteroscopy suite. Collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies and market insights will also be critical to the role. Qualifications Strong sales, account management, and business development skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Experience in medical device sales, particularly in women's health or related fields, and knowledge of medical procedures and operating environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and teams effectively.Proficiency in sales technologies and CRM tools to manage customer accounts and track sales performance efficiently.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience with single-use or surgical devices is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and product demonstrations.
