Registered Nurse In The Emergency Department Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, prioritizing acuity and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages arriving at the Emergency Department. Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity and acuity. Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Execute emergency protocols and assist in critical procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC (Emergency Nursing Certification), BLS (AHA) certifications. Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting. Valid Vermont nursing license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
