The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our online and offline presence. This position’s focus will be on SEO, content management, email marketing, and social media strategy, helping to grow our brand and engage with our audience.
Core Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Management:
Develop and execute our SEO strategy, track performance, and optimize our content to improve rankings.
Write and manage blogs, organic social posts, and website content.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
Email & Traditional Mail Campaigns:
Own the entire email and traditional mail journey, from conceptualization to execution, to engage and retain customers.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy, including a content calendar.
Monitor and manage brand presence across various social media platforms.
Content Management System (CMS):
Work within our CMS (preferably WordPress) to manage and update website content efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Degree in related field and 1-2 years of experience.
1-2 years of experience with SEO and content management.
Strong writing skills for blogs, website content, and social media posts.
Experience working in a CMS, ideally WordPress.
Proven ability to develop and execute an SEO strategy and track performance.
Experience in managing social media content and strategies.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker
Self-motivated and proactive decision-maker
Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
Excellent time management skills
Broad understanding and experience in marketing and business promotion activities, preferably in construction environment.
Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, and balance multiple projects a must
Ability to meet regular deadlines and absorb feedback to improve skillset
