Church Cleaner Needed | 30+ Weekly Hours | Consistent 4x/Week Schedule

This position includes cleaning classrooms, kids areas, offices, restrooms, lobbies, and general common spaces throughout the church campus.We’re looking for someone who:Shows up consistentlyTakes ownership of their workCommunicates well with the teamPays attention to detailTakes pride in keeping a facility clean, organized, and presentableThis is a long-term, stable position with consistent weekly hours and opportunity for additional hours as the company grows.Weekly Schedule:Tuesday: 5 PM – 10 PMThursday: 3:30 PM – 7 PMSaturday: 11 AM – 7 PMSunday: 2 PM – 7 PMDuties:Follow cleaning schedules according to client specificationsSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and remove trashClean classrooms, offices, restrooms, kids areas, and common spacesWork efficiently while maintaining strong quality standardsCollaborate with team members to complete assignments effectivelyAccept feedback positively and implement improvements quicklyQualifications:Strong attention to detailGood physical stamina and ability to stay active throughout shiftsExcellent time management skillsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseAble to work independently and stay on taskStrong communication and teamwork skillsPrevious commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred but not requiredBenefits / Job Perks:Consistent weekly hours (20–30+)Listen to music while cleaningPaid trainingFlexible team environmentPerformance based raisesOpportunity for advancement into lead/supervisor rolesAdditional hours and coverage opportunities as the company growsTeam building events and appreciation culture$200 sign-on bonus after 2 months of continuous employmentSe habla español.
