VP of Program Management

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cleaner supporting eHow Tech’s operations. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment, which may include home office spaces, shared work areas, and any designated company facilities. Day-to-day tasks can involve dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms and kitchens, emptying trash and recycling, and sanitizing frequently touched areas. The Cleaner will follow established cleaning procedures, adhere to health and safety standards, and use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly. The role also includes reporting maintenance or safety issues, managing cleaning schedules, and coordinating with supervisors or team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness expectations.QualificationsAbility to perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitizing.Familiarity with safe use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.Good time management skills with the ability to follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.Basic communication skills to report issues, follow instructions, and coordinate with supervisors.Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as standing, bending, lifting light to moderate loads, and moving equipment as needed.Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is beneficial but not mandatory.Respect for confidentiality when working in or around home offices and digital workspaces.Willingness to follow company policies, health and safety guidelines, and continuous improvement practices.
