Senior Pension Systems Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Pension Systems Project Manager to lead high-impact pension administration system migration and implementation projects.This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on pension operations experience, including manual pension calculations, election processing, payment setup, and pension data conversion, combined with proven success leading system implementations, requirements gathering, and end-to-end testing efforts.The ideal candidate understands how pension workflows operate in the real world and can translate those processes into clear system requirements, test plans, and successful migration outcomes.What You'll DoLead pension system migration and implementation projects from planning through go-livePerform and validate manual pension calculationsProcess election forms and pension payment setup workflowsSupport pension data conversion, validation, and system data loadingGather and document business and functional requirements for development teamsPartner with programmers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements align with end goalsCreate test plans, test scripts, UAT scenarios, regression testing, and edge-case validationUse historical and operational data to develop strong test cases and exception scenariosManage project timelines, deliverables, risks, issue tracking, and stakeholder communicationSupport go-live readiness, cutover validation, and post-implementation issue resolutionWhat We're Looking ForStrong pension administration experienceExperience with: manual pension calculations, election processing, pension payment setup, pension data loading and validationProven system migration or implementation experienceStrong background in requirements gathering and business analysisHands-on UAT, QA, regression testing, and test plan creationPrevious Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Implementation Lead experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to ask effective questionsFast learner who can quickly understand business workflows and system impactsIdeal BackgroundCandidates with experience in retirement administration, pension systems, benefits operations, platform migration, data conversion, UAT leadership, or pension technology implementations are strongly encouraged to apply.
