In this dynamic role, you will manage rental accounts by providing top-notch customer service, selling new products, driving account performance, handling deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early-stage collections. You'll foster strong customer relationships while embracing our mission and values. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee a portfolio of rental accounts and cultivate strong customer relationships. Perform early-stage collections for accounts that are 1-6 days overdue and meet collection goals. Maintain account health while utilizing management tools to secure payment commitments. Handle deliveries, pickups, and customer follow-ups as part of an assigned route. Provide exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes. Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise. Uphold showroom standards and maintain company vehicles. Comply with all safety and operational protocols. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 18 years. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move heavy items. Comfortable driving a box truck. Must be able to stand and drive for extended periods. Schedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time position, Monday through Saturday. Enjoy Sundays off plus one weekday off. Role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
