Help Desk Support SpecialistDepartment: OSC Edge - Above Baseline Systems Maintenance SupportResponsibilitiesProvides quality customer support to ensure a positive experience as a customer service employeeResponds to customer inquiries in-person, telephonically or via e-mail.Resolves customer issues through subject matter expertise, research, reproduction, and troubleshootingParticipates in special projects as requiredWorks under some supervision but also expected to utilize independent judgment and initiative. Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy, and accuracyKeeps manager and team members informed. Participates actively within the team by sharing informationDisplays self-confidence and shows strong initiative.
