The Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient resource allocation for construction projects. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, contractors, and clients to communicate project needs effectively and ensure alignment with expectations.Annual salary $70,000-$100,000QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and BudgetingExcellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholdersExperience using estimating software and industry-standard tools is a plus (Bluebeam and Microsoft products)Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulationsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
