The District Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the district. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving overall sales growth. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer service, achieving district goals, and fostering a positive and motivating work environment for team members. Qualifications Proven leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and conflict resolutionStrong strategic planning, sales strategy execution, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with performance monitoring, goal setting, and budgetingCustomer relationship management, customer service, and communication skillsBackground in retail management or sales management, preferably within the telecommunications industryProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and retail management softwareAbility to travel within the assigned district as neededBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
