Job Description: Lead and own the full growth engine of the company by driving customer engagement, market expansion, pipeline development, capture discipline, proposal execution, and win performance across the enterprise.Serve as the senior external face of the company for growth-related activity across customer setsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships across priority federal and adjacent marketsEnsure the company is engaged in the right conversations, with the right customers, at the right timeExpand the company's visibility and relevance beyond its current customer concentrationOwn the development of a healthy, forward-looking pipeline aligned to company strategyEnsure pipeline development reflects both core capabilities and adjacent market opportunitiesDrive disciplined opportunity identification based on strategic fit, customer demand, and growth potentialOwn the front-end process through proposal submission and award pursuitEnsure proposals are aligned to customer priorities, clear differentiators, competitive pricing, and strong execution credibilityIdentify and cultivate partnerships that expand customer access, strengthen capability positioning, and improve win probabilityRequirements: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)10+ years in federal contracting, business development, capture, or executive leadershipExperience in building and managing a multi-agency qualified pipelineExperience with: Business development (BD), Capture management, Proposal strategy, Strategic partnershipsProven experience winning government contractsPrior experience driving proposal efforts managing capture teamsExperience growing market shareEstablished customer relationships and strong federal network preferredBenefits: paid personal and federally recognized holiday leavesalary deferrals into a 401(k)-matching plan with immediate vestingtuition reimbursementshort/long term disability plansa variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance options
