The Anaplan Model Builder will design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across various business functions. Daily responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into scalable model architectures, developing data integrations, maintaining data quality standards, and optimizing existing models for performance and usability. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure models align with strategic objectives and deliver accurate, actionable insights. The Anaplan Model Builder will also document model structures, provide end-user training, and support continuous improvement of planning solutions.Qualifications Strong skills in Data Modeling and Data Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable planning and reporting structures.Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality, ensuring reliable, consistent, and compliant data across models and integrations.Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including building and managing data pipelines between Anaplan and source systems.Proven experience as an Anaplan Model Builder (Anaplan certification preferred), including building complex models, modules, dashboards, and user interfaces.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate outcomes.Comfort working remotely, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with enterprise planning, FP&A, or business operations in a technology or consulting environment is beneficial.
