Real Estate Talent Recruiter

Our real estate team is growing, and we're looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team and a new office located in York, PA. You'll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Our ideal applicant has strong organizational skills and a knack for identifying great talent.This is an in-person position to meet and recruit real estate sales professionals to a very unique and much-needed office that provides leads and exceptional opportunities for growth.Ready to grow your career and build a real estate dream team? Apply today!Responsibilities:Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basisEstablish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting programManage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selectedLook for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing businessSecure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment processQualifications:Great at time management and organizationAt least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar fieldExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSkilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and servicesThe ability to prospectSet daily appointments for face-to-face meetingsBuild relationshipsWork within a CRM systemAbout Company:We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA, with collaboration partners across the United States.
