In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Supply Chain. You will be a visible member of the Supply Chain team executing daily tactical business processes to support functional inventory planning areas and strategic objectives covered under the Supply Chain charter. The ideal candidate will strive to provide an outstanding level of service to all internal customer groups and proactively seek out opportunities to improve existing business operations. Come help us build the best and fastest fiber-optic network in America!As Inventory Analyst your duties will include:Execute daily systems operations and maintenance as assigned to support the flow of inventory movementsMonitor stock levels and implement corrective actions consistent with department strategyGenerate forecasts within the larger scope of a collaborative demand planning processConduct ad hoc analysis of escalated business scenarios and critical SKUsEstablish and maintain tactical reporting for pertinent business objectivesProvide service and support to decentralized operations team membersQualificationsWHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field2+ years of Supply Planning, Deployment Planning,Inventory/Replenishment Planning, or Production Planning experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisionsTrack record of delivering results and an ability to operate in both a long term strategic as well as short term tactical scope in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentFluent understanding of MRP principles and experience leveraging tools, processes, and data to drive optimal business resultsMust be highly organized and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities, driving both strategic and tactical activities in parallelExperience leading and influencing both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer centric philosophyBONUS POINTS FOR:Demand Planning/Forecasting ExperienceSAP ECC or S4/HanaTelecommunications industry experience4+ years of direct MRP experienceProven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams#LI-RW1Additional InformationWHY JOIN US?We aspire to contemporary ways of working.We are committed to being a leader in defininga new way to workbecause we recognize the changing mindset of today's workforce.
