The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to quickly flex into new functional areas as the business evolves.Partner closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategiesLead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across Financial Services, including Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and related functionsProactively source, engage, and close passive talent in competitive marketsAdapt quickly to new business lines, role types, and functional areas, often with limited historical precedentAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market intelligence, talent trends, and hiring best practicesManage multiple, competing priorities while delivering a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experienceDrive process improvements and contribute to recruiting initiatives aligned with broader Talent Acquisition goalsThrive in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial culture that values accountability, urgency, and collaborationQualifications:Previous experience recruiting within Financial Services is strongly preferredBackground supporting Capital Markets and/or Investment Banking recruitment is ideal, but not requiredDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsProven track record of managing complex searches and influencing senior stakeholdersHigh level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar business areasEntrepreneurial, proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-throughExcellent communication and relationship-management skillsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required
