This role executes front-end development tasks across web platforms, ensuring responsive design, accessibility compliance, and alignment with brand and marketing requirements. The position collaborates cross-functionally with design, marketing, and technical teams while independently managing assigned development workstreams.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPTranslate designs from Figma Dev Mode into production-ready experiencesPartner with Marketing and Design teams to bring campaigns and ideas to lifeTroubleshoot, test (UAT), and debug front-end issuesKeep website content fresh, accurate, and optimizedEnsure strong performance across browsers and devicesWrite clean, maintainable code using version control (Git)Support ongoing improvements in usability, accessibility, and site performanceWhat Success Looks Like (3 Core Outcomes):Reliable Front-End Delivery: Web updates, new pages, and enhancements are delivered on time with minimal defects, meeting design specifications and performance standardsSite Performance & Quality: Websites remain stable, responsive, and accessible, with issues identified and resolved proactively and minimal disruption to usersEffective Collaboration & Ownership: Consistently executes assigned work independently while maintaining strong alignment with Marketing, Design, and technical stakeholdersEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development ExecutionDevelop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPTranslate design files (Figma Dev Mode) into functional, production-ready codeEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsive performance across devicesWebsite Maintenance & OptimizationPerform updates to website content, structure, and functionalityTroubleshoot, test (UAT), and resolve front-end issues and bugsMonitor site performance and implement improvements for speed and usabilityCollaboration & Technical SupportPartner with Marketing and Design teams to implement digital initiativesCollaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challengesMaintain clean, documented, and version-controlled code (Git)Standards & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)Apply best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalabilityStay current on front-end technologies and recommend practical improvementsSupervisory Responsibilities: NoEducation And/or ExperienceAssociate degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Interactive Multimedia, or related field1–3 years of experience in front-end development or web designProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHPExperience with Tailwind CSSProficiency with Figma Dev Mode workflowsExperience with responsive design and cross-browser testingFamiliarity with version control systems (Git)Understanding of web standards and accessibility guidelines
