Responsibilities:
- Lead AWS-native development and testing across the full software development life cycle
- Manage client delivery timelines, scope, and team task allocation for cloud modernization
- Guide teams in applying AI-native engineering to requirements, architecture, build, and test activities
- Develop scalable cloud application architectures using AWS services, CI/CD, and platform engineering
- Review technical designs and code for alignment with architecture frameworks and objectives
- Coordinate application, integration, and infrastructure activities across cloud and network environments
- Coach team members on cloud infrastructure design, testing approaches, and troubleshooting
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, reliability, and technical consistency
- Support client xaygatp discussions on architecture decisions, platform tradeoffs, and modernization options
- Apply analytical thinking to resolve complex issues across cloud infrastructure, security, and deployment workflows
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of experience in relevant roles
