The company is focused on making participation in the digital economy more accessible by combining a large international user base with tools for developers, partners, and ecosystem participants.This is a confidential search for a high-impact partnerships professional who can help expand the company's commercial ecosystem, identify new strategic opportunities, and build relationships that support long-term platform adoption and utility.About the RoleThe Strategic Partnerships Lead / Manager will be responsible for developing, structuring, and managing partnerships that accelerate ecosystem growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build high-value relationships across Web3, fintech, consumer technology, developer platforms, digital commerce, and emerging technology markets.This is not a traditional transactional sales role. The focus is on strategic partnership development, ecosystem expansion, market activation, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and growth teams to identify partnership opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and bring meaningful external relationships into the platform.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships across the Web3, blockchain, fintech, consumer technology, and digital platform ecosystemBuild and manage relationships with companies, platforms, developers, merchants, service providers, and other ecosystem stakeholdersDevelop partnership strategies that drive adoption, utility, user engagement, and long-term platform growthLead outreach, negotiation, deal structuring, and execution for high-impact partnership opportunitiesCollaborate with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure partnerships are aligned with broader company prioritiesTranslate market insights, partner feedback, and ecosystem trends into actionable growth opportunitiesManage a pipeline of strategic opportunities, track partner progress, and provide clear reporting to internal stakeholdersSupport go-to-market planning for new partner integrations, ecosystem initiatives, and market expansion effortsRepresent the company externally in a polished, credible, and relationship-driven mannerRequirementsProven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, corporate development, or related commercial rolesStrong understanding of Web3, blockchain, fintech, digital platforms, developer ecosystems, or emerging consumer technologyDemonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close complex partnershipsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, legal, and executive teamsCommercially minded, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiativesExperience managing partnership pipelines, CRM systems, reporting, and deal processesBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growthBackground in Web3, crypto, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, mobile apps, developer platforms, or consumer internet businessesExperience building partnerships in international or multi-market environmentsFamiliarity with digital assets, decentralized applications, blockchain infrastructure, or token-enabled ecosystemsExperience structuring commercial agreements, technical integrations, platform partnerships, or ecosystem programsComfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBenefits & Why JoinThis is an opportunity to join a high-growth Web3 company at a pivotal stage of ecosystem expansion.
