This roleassists to ensure process improvements are properly defined,documented, implemented, and maintained over time.Building a culture of continuous improvement by applying Lean tools,leading kaizen events, and supporting the coaching and development ofteam members.This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, andcommunication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively acrossdepartments and present data-driven findings to diverse audiences. It is aposition that actively contributes to building a company's culture ofcontinuous improvement and driving positive changes at the operationallevel. Each CI Associate will have a primary focus area while being crosstrained to support other CI functions, ensuring flexibility and continuity.Responsibilities Applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to drive measurableimprovements in key performance indicators. Update SOPs, standard work, and process documentation for assignedprojects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data,identify process inefficiencies, and implement solutions. Follow and uphold CI documentation standards, including version controland update logs. Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and maintained withindesignated systems, including Workvivo (CI Hub), the Portal, and relatedplatforms. Maintain alignment between documented processes and actual workflowsthrough coordination with stakeholders Coordinate with Training & Development to ensure process updates arereflected in training materials. Track and follow up on action items from CI workshops and improvementinitiatives. Monitor and support reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)related to CI initiatives. Utilize and contribute to CI tools, templates, and resources within the CIHub. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and communications across teams anddepartments as needed. Support development of reports, dashboards, and presentations forleadership and project teams. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functionalenvironment. Other assignments or duties as needed.Primary Focus AreaEach Continuous Improvement Associate will be assigned specific focusareas and projects based on organizational priorities, workload, andindividual strengths.CI Associate's are responsible for leading and supporting CI efforts withintheir assigned areas while maintaining shared responsibility for CIsystems, documentation, and standards across the team.Assignments may evolve over time to support cross-training, workloadbalancing, and business needs.Travel May require infrequent travel (typically not overnight)Required Some experience in continuous improvement support. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentmanagement tools High Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multipleprojects and tasks Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications,construction management, or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in support, preferably in a construction orengineering environmentWork Environment Works in a professional office and shop environment and routinely usesstandard office equipment. May be exposed to moderate/high noise levels when in work areas whenvisiting projects.Physical Demands This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
