Operations Manager

Summary We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence to support our company's growth and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Oversee and monitor daily operational activities. Lead and develop location staff. Oversee cash handling, account transaction, quotes and orders. Support customer account maintenance related to pricing, rebate renewals, returns, credits and freight recovery. Handle escalated customer concerns. Collaborate with Customer Service Manager. Ensure staffing schedules, effective training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or management Proven management experience in a customer-facing environment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
