Data Engineer | Remote (Must be based in the US, East Coast hours )Salary up to $140k No sponsorship provided (including F1 OPT visa holders will not be considered) We are working with a market-leading data and analytics business hiring a Data Engineer to join their growing Data Services team.This is a great opportunity for a data engineer who enjoys solving complex data problems while working directly with customers to deliver high-quality, tailored datasets at scale.You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing large-scale SQL queries, delivering customer data requests, improving data quality, and supporting both pre- and post-sales technical initiatives.What they’re looking for:• Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)• Experience with large-scale datasets (billions of rows)• ETL / pipeline development experience• Strong experience with relational databases and modern data warehouses• Experience working with APIs• Strong communication skills and customer-facing confidenceNice to have:• AWS experience• Geospatial, logistics, or maritime data experience
