Role: On-site retail banking associate serving as a primary contact for clients, responsible for processing financial transactions, recommending bank products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Responsibilities IncludeHandling cash drawer operations following audit and security policies.Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.Assisting with ATM balancing, verifying deposits, and vault responsibilities.Delivering exceptional client service and resolving issues promptly.Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting bank products.Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, 10-key calculator, and coin counter.Strong communication, customer service, and operational skills.Additional duties: Attend training, stay informed of operational updates, and perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
