Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition with appropriate interventions. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health record Kantime systems. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to coordinate patient care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Assist in triage and emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking skills. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency medicine preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge. Skills in IV insertion, medication administration, phlebotomy, and catheter care are essential. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Familiarity with trachs, vents , G buttons, catheter care preffered Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
