This role leverages Python, SQL, ETL technologies, and data modeling expertise to transform, validate, and optimize data workflows. The Data Implementation Engineer partners with Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account Management teams to support client implementations, scalable data architecture, and ongoing data quality across systems.Title: Data Implementation Engineer Location: Remote – United StatesSchedule: Full-time Department: Product Implementation Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, utilities, and automation solutions to support data integration, transformation, validation, and reportingDesign, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models that support scalable data integration and reporting requirementsAnalyze source system data structures and translate business requirements into efficient data models and database schemasBuild, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and data transformation processesConfigure and maintain ETL processes across multiple structured and unstructured data sourcesSupport data warehouse development and ongoing improvements to data architecture and performanceEnsure ongoing data integrity, quality, and governance across client implementations and internal systemsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience designing and supporting ETL processes across complex data environments2+ years of professional experience developing solutions using PythonStrong experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar platformsExperience designing and maintaining logical and physical data modelsExperience with data transformation, mapping, and integration processesExperience working with ETL tools such as Talend Data Integration or similar technologiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience developing Python-based data pipelines and automation solutionsExperience working with Snowflake and AWS environmentsExperience with dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data warehouse designExperience with Revenue Cycle Management, EDI, X12, or patient accounting systemsKnowledge of claims and billing processes within healthcare environmentsFamiliarity with modern data architecture and cloud-based analytics platformsEmployment eligibility:   Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position As a condition of employment, a pre-employment background check will be conducted At this time, we are unable to consider candidates residing in the state of New York for this position What We Offer:   Comprehensive paid training  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  HSA and FSA available  401(k) with company match  Paid Wellness Time and Holidays  Employer paid life insurance and long-term disability  Internal growth opportunities  Meduit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
