Welding TechnicianWill perform the daily set-up and preparation of components and/or weldments utilizing TIG and MIG in a variety of materials including stainless and aluminum. Track and electronically record duties. Utilize blueprints for set-up and inspection of parts to ensure customer specifications are met.Duties and Responsibilities:Proven ability to TIG and MIG weldProven ability to read and utilize blueprints to complete tasksAbility to use standard measuring devicesAbility to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve to meet delivery dates within project hoursInspect finished productUtilize knowledge and skills in the following areas:Electrical assemblyHydraulic assemblyPneumatic assemblyGeneral assembly proceduresGeneral equipment maintenanceOperate forklift, hoist and cranesAdhere to company policies and safety requirementsBasic computer skillsOther duties as assignedQualifications: High School diploma, or equivalent, and successful completion of an internal welding test.
