This position focuses exclusively on mechanical assembly, working with stainless-steel frames, plumbing components, and mechanical subassemblies.Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on mechanical experience, familiarity with hand/power tools, and the ability to follow blueprints or technical drawings. Job stability is important for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components, frames, and ultrasonic tank subassembliesUse hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and precision measuring instrumentsRead and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsInstall mechanical fittings, brackets, panels, and plumbing connectionsPerform mechanical testing, inspection, and alignment of assembled unitsVerify measurements, tolerances, and part fitment with calipers/micrometersMaintain a clean, safe, organized work environment following 5S guidelinesComplete work orders, inspection logs, and production documentationCollaborate with engineering and quality teams when assembly issues arise Requirements1–3 years of mechanical assembly or hands-on trade experienceProficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring toolsAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings/blueprintsExperience in HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, tank assembly, or equipment assembly preferredBasic understanding of mechanical systems, fittings, and alignmentAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStable work history required (minimum 1–2 years in previous roles)Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
