Job DescriptionMedical Front Desk Associate (FULL-TIME)"Peters Medical Research is looking for a Medical Front Desk Associate to Join Our Team!"Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management: Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive; maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line system.Administrative Support: Manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance/demographics, and handle mail distribution.Operations: Update calendars, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with general filing and clerical tasks.Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pmAbilities:Initiating Action - Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive.Stress tolerance - Maintaining stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.Customer Focus - Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.Planning and Organizing - Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.Building Trust - Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in their intentions and those of the organization.Qualifications:1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalentCandidate must be a self-starter and adapt to departmental changes when necessary.Multilingual is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Customer service skills are pertinent.Competitive Benefit Package Includes:Competitive Hourly PayGenerous PTOMedical/Dental/Vision401K**Earned Wage Access (EWA)** - Get part of your earned pay before paydayAnd more!
