We've raised $68M from TCV, First Harmonic, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, and more.About the RoleWe are hiring an AI Operations Lead, GTM to own how AI is applied across the revenue organization. This is a builder, product manager role embedded within GTM.You will operate as the internal owner of AI systems for GTM, partnering closely with the CRO and GTM leadership to identify high-impact problems, define solutions and build working systems that improve pipeline quality, deal progression and win rates. You will turn ambiguous revenue problems into deployed AI systems that are used daily by Account Executives (AEs).This role is defined by ownership and impact. The right candidate will consistently demonstrate:Owns outcomes, not featuresDemonstrates relentless accountability for real-world resultsPushes boundaries in pursuit of better outcomes, not noveltyGains energy from enabling teammates to winThrives by elevating others through systems and leverage, not by being the heroWhat You’ll DoInternal Ownership of Actively for ActivelyServe as the internal owner of Actively for Actively’s own revenue organisationDeploy and operate Actively internally as the system of intelligence for GTMTranslate CRO and sales priorities into how Actively should be configured and used day to dayAct as the primary interface between GTM and Product by operationalising Actively in a real sales environmentEnsure Actively is deeply embedded into AE workflows and driving measurable revenue impactPush boundaries for what our product can do, setting the tone for organisations we sell to and making our revenue org a living breathing example of what best in class AI-Native sales isAI Systems for Revenue ExecutionBuild and deploy AI-driven solutions on top of Actively and adjacent systems to improve how our revenue org operates day to day across individual contributors, leaders, functions and our CRO/Executive operating cadencesMust be able to independently build and prototype these solutions and systems end-to-end, even if not at production-grade, with support from engineering as neededExamples include:Deal progression intelligenceStage accuracy and pipeline hygieneNext-best-action systemsAccount prioritisation and signal enrichmentForecastingPost salesAutomated solutionsProblem Definition and System DesignTranslate GTM problems into clear system definitionsDefine inputs, outputs, logic and success criteriaWrite lightweight, execution-ready specsMove from problem → system → deployment quicklySprint-Based Execution with GTMRun fast iteration cycles aligned to immediate sales needsPartner directly with Sales leaders to prioritise highest leverage problemsContinuously refine systems based on real usage and feedbackInternal AI Tooling OwnershipOwn the broader AI tooling stack used by the revenue teamEnsure systems are usable, adopted and driving measurable outcomesAct as the bridge between GTM, Product and EngineeringRevenue ImpactDrive improvements in:Conversion rates across funnel stagesDeal velocityForecast accuracyFocus on measurable impact, not outputWho You Are2–5 years of experience in roles such as Product Management, RevOps, Sales Ops, Consulting, former Founder or GTM operator in early-stage companiesStrong technical fluency with solid systems thinking; comfortable working with data, SQL, APIs, AI agent logic, prompt engineering and solutions automationProduct-minded; able to translate ambiguous problems into clear inputs, outputs, and workflowsBuilder; able to build functional systems and solutions independently, even if not production-gradeAI-forward; hands-on experience experimenting with LLMs, automation, and emerging AI toolFamiliarity with GTM workflows including how sales teams operate across pipeline, deal progression, and forecastingExperience working with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, BigQuery, Sigma or equivalent platformsComfort working across Product, Engineering, FDEs and GTM teams in a highly cross-functional environmentCustomer-obsessed problem solver who thrives on building trust and driving measurable business outcomesActs as an early AI champion; proactively brings new ideas and capabilities into the organisationNice to HavePrior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environmentExperience building or deploying AI solutions in a production or near-production environmentFamiliarity with sales methodologies and pipeline management concepts (e.g. MEDDICC, forecasting frameworks)Experience driving measurable improvements in funnel conversion, pipeline quality, or deal velocityActively AI provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations.
