These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.In this role, you will work from early-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership of Complex EventsLead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity eventsOwn projects from early planning stages through executionEnsure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards Operational Strategy & Design (0→1)Translate partner needs into scalable operational modelsDesign processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when neededDefine how the event should be run — not just how to execute it Problem Solving in Ambiguous EnvironmentsBreak down complex, undefined problems into actionable plansAnticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategiesMake decisions with incomplete information Cross-functional LeadershipWork closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teamsAlign multiple stakeholders around a clear execution planAct as the main operational point of contact for key partners Execution OversightEnsure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the groundSupport local teams in executing complex setupsStep in when needed to unblock critical issuesWhat Success Looks Like:Complex events are delivered without relying on existing playbooksNew operational models are designed, tested, and reusedPartners see Fever as a strategic operator, not just an executorAmbiguity is reduced through clear structure and decision-makingProjects move forward without constant supervision or escalationAbout You:Experience2–5 years of experience in:Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), ORStrategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies Proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problemsExperience leading projects end-to-endSkills & MindsetStructured problem solver: you break down complexity into clear actionsBuilder mentality: you create solutions where none existHigh ownership: you operate independently with minimal guidanceStrategic + execution balance: you can design and implementStrong stakeholder management: you influence without authorityNice to HaveExperience in operational environments (logistics, marketplaces, large-scale ops)Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operationsAnalytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plusLanguagesFluent English requiredWhat We Offer:Ownership of the most complex and strategic projects in the companyHigh visibility and direct exposure to senior leadershipThe opportunity to build operations from scratch at global scaleA fast-paced environment with real autonomy and impactBenefits & Perks:Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary of between 70.000k-74.500k, and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
