This role is the first and last point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and professionally during check-in and check-outProcess reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accuratelyHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteouslyAnswer and route incoming phone callsMaintain accurate guest records and cash handling proceduresCommunicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readinessFollow all hotel policies, brand standards, and safety proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior hotel or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills; hotel PMS experience a plusAbility to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
