Solar Admin/Processor
SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare, submit, and track utility interconnection, local permitting, and state solar incentive applications.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document organization, filing, report preparation, and general office coordination.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail while providing professional and responsive customer service.
* Maintain accurate records, complete data entry, and update information across applicable software systems.
* Coordinate calendars, appointments, and internal communications to help keep projects and team activities on schedule.
* Review and proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity before submission or distribution.
* Assist with communication between departments and support ongoing project coordination activities.
* Occasionally deliver permit-related applications, documentation, or payments to applicable local offices.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior solar industry experience involving utility interconnections, local permitting/AHJ applications, and state solar incentive applications is required.
* Previous administrative, office support, or similar experience; solar-related administrative experience strongly preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong general computer skills.
* Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
* Strong written communication, proofreading, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with office procedures and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
* Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
